Having an Engagement shoot is entirely up to you as a couple. My aim is to give you at the best all round wedding package I can, and in this I believe an engagement shoot is a wonderful way of documenting you wedding journey. Having an engagement shoot allows us time to walk, chat and get to know each other. It also really helps couples get used to being in front of the camera, get a feel of what poses and positions suit them and what they feel comfortable in.

My aim for the session is for it to be really relaxed and fun. I won’t formally pose you, but just ask you to be yourselves. We will talk about what works and what feels most natural for you both resulting in a set of wonderful photos you will cherish.

I always suggest a location of your choice. Somewhere that you both love or somewhere that represents your time of life. This can be a walk in some fields, or in a park near where you live. Others like a more urban feel and want to be captured in and around the city or town they live in. It is entirely up to you and for me I enjoy the excitement of discovering a new place and challenging my creative eye in a new location.
