Fun, colour, laughter, games and music are the words I would use to sum up this wonderful vibrant wedding. Dovecote Barn just out side Adderbury in Oxfordshire is a wonderful place for a relaxed and festival style wedding. Will and Laura had spent many a year on the banks of Glastonbury and so wanted to incorporate the festival feel into their wedding. Dovecote Barns have a great set up with the ceremony held in a Barn and the reception in the Tipi in the fields opposite. Bunting, hay bales, paper chains, and circus games decorated the outside of the Tipi, and guests sipped drinks and enjoyed entertainment from The Hope Street Busking Band. As the evening drew, ties were taken off, and the guests lost their smart wedding attire and embraced the true festival look. Face glitter, flower crowns, Hawaiian shirts and bare feet to name a few were all embraced. Will kicked off the dancing with a reuniting of his childhood band. They played there repertoire of 4 songs and then after a fair amount of heckling and applause they handed back over to the talented Hope Street Busking Band. The evening was a beautiful summer evening, and as the sun went down over the Oxfordshire hills I grabbed Laura and William for some sun set photo in the fields. Having a few sunset images is a great way to end your wedding story.
