St Pauls KnightsbridgeSpencer House
25th May 2019
Freddy and Tessa got married in the beautiful St Pauls in the heart of Knightsbridge in London and then went off to the stunning Spencer House for their reception. Spencer House is London’s most magnificent eighteenth Century aristocratic Palace. It was built between 1756-1766 for The First Earl Spencer, an ancestor of our much loved Pincess Di, and it was a true delight to photograph in. No bad backdrop at this venue, or annoying fluorescent lights and fire exit signs to take out, just room after room of beautiful neo-classical interiors filled with stunning paintings. It was like photographing in a museum, plus I had the most beautiful, lovely and genuine couple to photograph. The guests sipped their champagne on the balcony and were taken to The Great Room for a sensational fine dining experience for their wedding breakfast – even I was served my dinner on a silver tray!
